Ritchie Hill is available for private events Monday-Sunday, and on select holidays. Hourly event rates include full, exclusive access to the property . We offer a flexible indoor and outdoor spaces that can be used in combination to host a truly historic event for 175 guests. There are multiple landscaped outdoor areas with an expansive 1900 square foot grand porch for events. Our interior space includes a formal dining room, three additional formal rooms, two handicap accessible bathrooms, a catering prep kitchen and is typically used for catering & bar services, dessert and dancing needs. The second floor has 4 spacious suites, which come with a full private bath and two large second-floor verandas. Please contact for rates specific to your event.
